Good to know

Our lake house is unique - we have a fully finished garage that is heated/cooled with tons of amenities: wet bar, pool table, 75" TV, darts, arcade, karaoke and more! We also have a covered deck in the backyard that's perfect for shade and shelter from a passing rain shower. Sleeping up to 16, our place is versatile with the following sleeping arrangements: 2 king beds 2 twin xl beds 2 full beds 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with a bonus trundle bed if you need it. The couch in the lower level converts to a sleeper sofa as well. All mattresses are brand new and have varying firmness so that you can find your perfect match! Sunset Lake is a spring-fed freshwater lake perfect for swimming and fishing. There are little to no weeds in the water and the beach is composed of pristine "sugar sand." We provide two kayaks, life jackets, various beach toys, including sand toys for the little ones, and much more! Rinse off with WARM water shower right on the back patio. Don't forget about our premium massage chair with optional heat and a calming view of the lake. All the 4k TVs in the house are brand new with soundbars (2 - 55", 1 - 65", 1-75"). Finally, the front patio is a peaceful and quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee with an unbelievable view of northern pine trees. *Booking guest must be age 25 or older. This is required by our HOA local rules.

Other Details to Note

The house is just under 30 minutes to the WI Dells area, which is the waterpark capital of the world. In addition to waterparks, the Dells area has countless fun attractions for all ages. Plan your vacation at the Dells' website. We are also about 50 minutes from Devil's Lake State Park. Devil's Lake boasts numerous walking trails with breathtaking views. It is Wisconsin's most popular park. The quaint town of Baraboo is near Devil's Lake and has something for everyone. Kids will enjoy Circus World Museum (with live circus shows!), while adults will want to visit Balanced Rock Winery, Tumbled Rock Brewery & Kitchen, AL. Ringling Brewing Company, or Driftless Glen Distillery. Looking to be pampered? There are numerous spas available in the area including Sundara Spa in Lake Delton or Spa Serenity in Baraboo. After booking you'll get a link to our standard rental agreement. To adhere to our HOA's rules, this property requires a guest with the minimum age of 25 to book.

No Smoking Policy We have a strict no-smoking policy for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Smoking of any kind, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted inside the property or on the premises. Failure to comply will result in a charge of $500 and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. The neighborhood is centered around beautiful Sunset Lake. Surrounded by towering pine trees, you'll be able to embrace the peaceful and quiet atmosphere that Northern Wisconsin has to offer. Our home is lakefront - directly on the lake! You'll have direct access to the beach that is in our backyard. Crystal-clear and weed-free, Sunset Lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. While motor-powered boats are not permitted on our lake, Castle Rock Lake is just 5 minutes down the road. Castle Rock Lake is the fourth largest lake in Wisconsin, covering sixteen thousand acres, and has approximately seventy miles of shoreline. You'll find multiple boat launches, restaurants, and a variety of water sports and boat rentals. The neighborhood is just under 30 minutes to the Wisconsin Dells, the water park capital of the world! Drive a little further and you'll find Devil's Lake -- Wisconsin's most popular state park. Here, you'll find a variety of hikes with views that will take your breath away. Enjoy a lakeside picnic while admiring this natural wonder that was formed by glaciers during the last ice age. Discover the quaint town of Baraboo nearby, that has something for everyone: Circus World for the kids, a variety of breweries, wineries, and a distillery for adults, and multiple spas for the ladies.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home and outside area, including the private beach and lake access. There is an owner's closet that is locked, but all other closets are open, including a full walk-in pantry.

This place was perfect. We had smaller kids and adults and it worked for everyone. We went in the winter time so we didn’t get to experience the beautiful looking lake, however the kids did get to go outside and still play. They had so many amenities, including spices, coffee, little welcome Snacks, and even basics like flour and sugar. We were having a 40th birthday and we arrived to a birthday card with bakery cookies and some spotted cow. The arcade kept us all entertained and there were lots of kid toys and games to entertain the children. They also had karaoke machine that was very entertaining for all ages. We were very happy with this place and it was the nicest air bnb we stayed at. Worth the money and the amenities they had were great!

This was a beautiful spaceous home that far exceeded all of our expectations. Kids had so much space to play and run around. They kept walking out to play in the snow and on the frozen lake. It’s quiet, private and simply beautiful location. We can’t wait to visit again during the summer months. Everyone enjoyed taking naps in the massage chair 😊 Thanks Luke & Abby for giving us an opportunity to stay in your gorgeous home!

The cabin was worth every penny! The place was so much fun and spacious. Numerous activities to do on sight and very relaxing. Luke and Abby were great at responding quick and making sure everything was good. Highly recommend!!

This cabin was great for our group. so many activities just with the house that kept everyone busy and having a great time. Google maps does take you down a wrong turn to get there but if you follow the directions the host sends ahead of time you should be fine. we were offered a complimentary early check in and late check out which was super nice.

We had a great stay!! Our group of 14 ranged in age from 6 years to 79 years. We had 6 kiddos age 6 to 10. Everything was super comfortable, with great easy access to the water (a great bonus for the older grandparents) and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. All of our meals were prepared in the kitchen which was very well stocked. We used the kayaks, sand toys and loved making s’mores by the fire in the evening. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles.
